Frequently asked questions

The questions we get most often — timing, price, documents and how we handle cargo. If yours isn't here, write to us and we'll answer directly.

Timing and routes

Delivery and transit times

Express is 24–48 hours, scheduled air freight is 3–5 days from the UAE to Russia and 4–6 days the other way, and the sea line runs 25–38 days. Transit time counts from acceptance at the warehouse, not from your request.

In the UAE we collect in any emirate; our main warehouses are in Dubai and Sharjah. In Russia we accept cargo in Moscow and the surrounding region, and from other regions through a partner network with consolidation at the Moscow warehouse.

Cargo and documents

Working with cargo

Yes. We'll buy from a shop, mall, market or supplier in the UAE, check the order and ship it with the rest of your cargo. A link or the seller's contact is enough.

Yes, on request. Insurance covers the declared value for the whole journey, including handling at the warehouses.

Record the state of the packaging on receipt and tell your manager the same day with photos. We'll pull the shipment records and, if the cargo is insured, start the claim.
